1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the Krainis Digital - Online Marketingbureau Gent website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We operate from Jan zonder Vreesstraat 26, Ghent, Belgium.

2. Our services

Krainis Digital provides local SEO and Google Maps optimisation, delivered as a one-time 30-Day Setup Sprint, with an optional monthly maintenance plan afterwards. The exact scope, deliverables and pricing of each engagement are confirmed in writing before work starts.

3. Client responsibilities

You provide accurate business information, timely access to the accounts required (such as your Google Business Profile), and prompt feedback. Delays in providing access or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are communicated before any work begins and are payable as agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Services already delivered are non-refundable.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We work according to the highest professional standards and commit to the guarantees stated in our proposal. Beyond those explicit commitments, search rankings depend on factors outside our control, and no specific ranking result can be guaranteed beyond what is agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, strategies and processes we create remain the property of Krainis Digital until full payment has been received, after which deliverables created specifically for your business become yours.

7. Liability

We are only liable for direct damages caused by an established, serious shortcoming on our side. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are never liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue or lost profits.

8. Termination

There are no long-term contracts. Either party may end the cooperation at any time, subject to the notice period agreed in writing. Work already performed remains payable.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Ghent judicial district.
